From your Account Settings, select "My Addresses" to update or provide a shipping address. Make sure "Primary Shipping Address" is checked on the address where you want your badges mailed. If you no longer have access to the email account that you originally used to register, please contact Comic-Con directly to update your email address. If you have any concerns, please contact Comic-Con well in advance of the badge sale.

Everyone (excluding children) that wants to attend Comic-Con must have a valid and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID account. To prevent scalping, badges for Comic-Con are non-transferable. Each badge features a unique barcode and RFID sticker registered to the badge holder. Security checks will be performed to ensure that only the person listed on the badge is admitted to the event using that badge. The name on your badge must match your photo ID.
Do not buy badges from street traders or unauthorized ticket agencies. Badges are security printed and are personal to the badge holder only. Any attempt to transfer or resell badges will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
Comic-Con does not reserve group bookings. If you are planning to celebrate a special event at Comic-Con, everyone in your group needs to register for a Member ID and purchase badges in the same manner as all attendees.

Long Beach Township: Daily and Seasonal Beach badges can only be purchased at the Beach Badge Hut on 68th Street in Brant Beach. Weekly, Senior, and Veteran Badges can be purchased on the beach from a Beach Badge Checker.
Children ages 18 and under are admitted free with a Junior Ticket. Please reserve Junior Tickets in advance with your badge order, or you may pick them up on your way into the Gate at any of our on-site entrances. Children receive complimentary grounds access only and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Grounds access includes admittance to all on-site public venues as well as the ability to walk the course alongside the ropes. Limit of four (4) children per ticketed adult with a maximum of eight (8) Junior Tickets per order. If your group needs additional Junior Tickets, please contact badges@thememorialtournament.com. PLEASE NOTE: Children must have a Memorial Pavilion or Golden Bear Club badge to enter these respective locations. The Junior Ticket will not provide access to these premium venues or any corporate/private hospitality location.

TIP: In order to purchase multiple badges in a single transaction, you will need to first add your friends to your Friends and Family list. Once your friend has approved your friend request, you may select the "Get a Badge" link in the top right of the page and select the badge type you wish to purchase. Then, check each friend's name for whom you wish to purchase a badge and add them to your cart before checking out.
Will Call allows you to pick up your badges and event tickets at the convention. However, Gen Con recommends the USPS Priority Mail option, when available. If you are concerned with spending time in line or plan to attend events that start early in the day, USPS is your best option.
All refund requests must be made by the purchaser by email to [email protected] Refund requests must include the first and last name of the attendee, Gen Con account number, and email address associated with the account. Badge types and Game IDs, along with a description of the items to be refunded is greatly appreciated (i.e. a 4-Day badge and eight generic tickets, or three Saturday badges and three True Dungeon tickets, Game ID#________).

To avoid being scammed, please do not buy badges off social media or unauthorized third-party sites. Fans have been scammed previously, and we are unable to refund fans for counterfeits or replace them with real badges. Anime NYC will again partner with Lyte to bring back our official badge exchange program for 2023 so fans can have a safe place to buy sold-out badges and fans who can no longer attend, an official place to be matched with fans looking to purchase any sold-out badges.
Back for 2023, badges will be available to purchase online for pickup at our official retailers. These pick up options have a limited quantity of badges available and can only be picked up at the location selected when purchasing your badge on AnimeNYC.com. If you have already purchased a badge with us before your group has registered, you will not be refunded for the complimentary badge you receive. Complimentary badges cannot be redeemed until everyone in your party has registered and all badges have been paid for.

Badges last a limited amount of time, after which new badges must be purchased. There are two distinctions in how this time is measured. Login days refer to days in which the pirate holding the badge is logged in. Calendar days refer to days on the calendar, regardless of how often the pirate holding the badge logs in. Unlike other items that decay, mousing over a badge will display exactly how many days are left on it (font color indicates new, good or old). Decay begins from the day a badge is purchased.
One may also buy wrapped versions of a badge. All wrapped badges can be traded/given away, do not age and do not grant any abilities while still wrapped. The player who unwraps a badge obtains the normal version of the corresponding badge. Badges cannot be unwrapped if the player already has a badge with the same functionality. 041b061a72
